The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects from early consultation through to completion. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless integration of design and technical delivery. Applying strong Revit skills to produce and coordinate technical documentation. Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on project objectives. Contributing to all project phases, balancing creative design thinking with robust technical execution. Supporting the professional development of junior team members through mentorship and guidance. Candidate Requirements Minimum three years' post-Part III experience in an architectural role, ideally on mixed-use projects. Strong technical and design skills, with experience working on medium to large-scale projects. Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a track record of producing and coordinating technical documentation. In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing best practices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
