Day Senior Care Assistant – The Beaufort
Location: The Beaufort, 56 Kenilworth Rd, Coventry CV4 7AH
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Hours: 44 Hours/week (days)

Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.).
* Promote dignity, independence, and individual rights of residents.
* Supervise and support junior care staff and new team members.
* Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to senior management or nursing staff.
* Communicate effectively with residents, ensuring they feel listened to and respected.
* Ensure the care environment is clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Carer or similar role in a care home environment.
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* A genuine passion for elderly care and team development.
