The Role
You will play a key part in ensuring stock data is accurate and up to date across internal systems, customer interfaces, partner platforms, and third-party warehouse integrations. Working closely with the Demand Planning and Logistics teams, you will help maintain visibility and control across the supply chain, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Accurately keying and processing customer orders
* Producing and maintaining back-order and weekly stock reports
* Monitoring and maintaining correct stock levels
* Managing cancellations on customer orders due to factory shortages
* Responding to stock queries from colleagues and customers
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules are met
* Communicating with customers via email (and occasionally by phone)
* Importing orders into shipping container cards
* Collaborating with Demand Planning and Logistics teams to ensure stock requirements are fulfilled
Skills and Experience
No prior stock or operations experience is required — full training will be provided.
However, the following skills and qualities are desirable but not essential:
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confidence with basic IT systems (Excel, Word, order processing software)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and problem-solving approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
