We are seeking a commercially minded Corporate Counsel to support our growing EMEA business. This role is ideal for a lawyer with 2–5 years’ post‑qualification experience (PQE) (or equivalent), who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment and is confident advising on complex commercial transactions. Experience working on contracts across the Middle East is advantageous, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of revenue‑generating agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, and professional services contracts
* Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support deal execution while balancing legal risk and business objectives
* Provide pragmatic, solutions‑oriented legal advice on commercial and contractual matters
* Translate business and operational requirements into clear, effective contractual terms
* Support and improve internal legal processes, templates, playbooks, and empowerment materials
* Advise on data protection and privacy matters, including compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to cross‑functional initiatives
* Stay informed on relevant legal, regulatory, and industry developments across EMEA
* Support broader Legal team projects and strategic initiatives as needed
* Remote working with occasional office attendance required
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction with 2–5 years’ PQE
* Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (technology/SaaS preferred)
* Exposure to multi‑jurisdictional work within EMEA; Middle East experience is a plus
* Background in private practice and/or in‑house legal teams

Language Skills
* Fluency in English is essential
* Additional European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian) are advantageous but not required
