What you will do: * Conduct Child and Family Assessments to determine the level of support or interventions required by children and families. * Undertake section 47 Child Protection enquiries to ensure the safety and welfare of children. * Work collaboratively with children, young people, and families to develop tailored support plans that promote stability and well-being. * Liaise with multi-agency teams to effectively coordinate and implement care plans. * Participate in court proceedings as needed, providing detailed and professional reports. * Be present in the office five days a week during duty weeks and three days during non-duty weeks to ensure timely support and intervention for children. * Engage with peers to model good practice across the service.
