We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring excellent phone etiquette
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation and management
* Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, if applicable
Skills
* Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles preferred
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Familiarity with data entry processes and clerical duties
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets)
* Knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
