Great that you're thinking about a career with BSI Due to growth, we are seeking to recruit a Technical Reviewer to join our existing Technical and Compliance Team on a full time and permanent basis. This position can be flexible based on your location. Offering you flexibility to work from home at least three days per week or fully remote. About the role In this role, you will provide invaluable support to internal colleagues by reviewing all technical documentation in support of certification recommendations which will be provided by our Auditors. You will ensure that all documentation meets our accreditation requirements and supports technical decisions prior to certificate issue for example, ISO 9001 certification. You will build strong and credible relationships with colleagues as this role also includes the identification and resolution of technical queries, ensuring that these are investigated and resolved with the relevant department i.e. our audit team, sales team or elsewhere within the business. You will work as part of a team, primarily covering the UK&I with some technical support provided globally and, your stakeholders are all internal as this isn't a client facing role. Additional responsibilities include: Ensuring the review process is accurately and effectively executed in-line with defined procedures and KPIs. Remain informed of certification, accreditation and regulatory requirements. Ensuring that the business complies with the processes for maintaining robust certification decisions in-line with accreditation requirements.
