<div><h3>Client Services Administrator</h3><p>Pattingham, South Staffordshire WV6</p><p>Permanent Full-time Competitive Salary</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join an established and growing wealth management practice. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working within an experienced team and delivering administrative support in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial advisers and paraplanners in delivering high-quality financial planning and investment advice to clients. This position requires excellent organisational skills, accuracy, a positive attitude and a passion to deliver an outstanding service.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Making appointments for clients and calling them in advance to confirm, sending out relevant pre-meeting information</li><li>Answering and logging all incoming client calls, passing on messages and ensuring that any updates to client contact information are captured on the CRM system</li><li>Preparing new and existing client meeting packs, including wealth account reports, investor returns, valuation documents and any other necessary information for the adviser</li><li>Creating and maintaining client records on Salesforce to ensure that GDPR, FCA and regulatory protocols are adhered to</li><li>Generating correspondence to clients, including post-review letters</li><li>Liaising with external providers and companies by letter, telephone and email to chase information requests
</li><li>Processing fund switches, rebalances and client withdrawals, along with any other post-meeting actions</li><li>Preparing business submission documents for onward allocation to the paraplanning team</li><li>Liaising with the paraplanning team to ensure client presentations are obtained ahead of meetings</li><li>Managing own and/or adviser mailboxes in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Welcoming clients professionally from reception for on‑site meetings</li><li>Prioritising and managing own workload effectively</li><li>Maintaining a good knowledge of products offered and managing own learning and development</li><li>Providing cover for other team members as required</li><li>Participating in team meetings</li></ul><h3>Skills and Experience</h3><h3>Essential</h3><ul><li>Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy in all work</li><li>Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines under pressure</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems</li><li>A team player with a proactive and solution‑focused attitude</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li></ul><h3>Desirable</h3><ul><li>2 years of experience working within a wealth management environment</li><li>Previous experience of working within an SJP partner practice</li><li>Strong understanding of pensions, investments and protection products</li><li>Good knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements</li><li>Salesforce experience</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Pension</li><li>Private Health Care after successful completion of probation period</li><li>Private Medical Insurance cash plan covering dental and optical</li><li>25 days holiday plus bank holidays</li><li>Early finish on Fridays</li><li>Team socials and a great team culture</li></ul><p>Location: In‑person, South Staffordshire</p><p>Start Date: As soon as possible</p><p>Contract Type: Full‑time, Permanent</p><p>Probation Period: 6 months</p></div>
