This partner led, independent Surveying Practice are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join the team in Leeds.
Out of their superb offices in Leeds City Centre, they specialise in Commercial Property Management, Valuation/Professional Services, Agency, Lease Advisory and Building Consultancy.

What's in it for youBasic salary £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experienceCar Allowance25 days annual leave + bank holidaysTeam and company bonus schemesCompany laptop and phoneAccessto a company healthcare scheme which covers dental, optical and more (small employee contribution to be made)Payment of professional fees such as RICSAn environment where your development and progression is a priorityAccess to pool car What you will be doingWorking closely with a team of Commercial Property Managers and admin support based at the office in the centre of Leeds, you will be;Responsible for all aspects of commercial property management including Service Charges, Landlord & Tenant and Health & Safety/ComplianceWorking on a mixed portfolio of industrial, retail and office property for a variety of clients, from listed companies to private prop cos to high net worth individualsMainly working on properties in Leeds and Yorkshire, but there are other assets under management throughout the UKOverseeing the maintenance of the properties under management via third party contractorsLiaising with Accounts on rent, service charge and insurance invoicing, budgeting, year end reconciliations and other financial queriesSetting up charges on the property management systemEnsuring properties under management are fully compliant in terms of Health & Safety, Fire, DDA, asbestos, legionella etcLiaising with tenants under management including regular site inspections
What you will haveCommercial Property Management experience is essentialRICS accredited degree is desirableBeing chartered is a huge plus and package is negotiable depending on experienceFULL UK driving licence and access to your own carTPBN1_UKTJ
