Employment Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Birmingham, GBP 60,000+ (DOE) : This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer with strong technical expertise and a genuine interest in employment law to play a key role in a dynamic and collaborative practice. JOB REF: 2729
THE ROLE:
- You will provide employment law advice to a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors, working on varied and often complex matters.
- You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload including unfair dismissal, disciplinary and grievance matters, whistleblowing, discrimination, detriment claims and equal pay
- Assisting with the supervision and management of more junior members of the team.
- Supporting business development initiatives, including training and networking activities
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years' PQE
- Experience of employment tribunal advocacy, ideally including multi:day hearings
- You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to work
