As part of the Asda Team, you'll support retail customers with their Foreign Exchange needs, ensuring a positive travel experience.
What will you be doing?
* Nurturing relationships with customers to understand their travel needs.
* Establishing yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor.
* Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Meeting performance goals related to procedures, operations, and customer service.
* Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
* Following legal and regulatory standards and Travelex compliance procedures.
