Job Description
3. Set up and maintain customer and supplier accounts, including credit checks and limit reviews
4. Process sales and purchase invoices, supplier payments, customer receipts and expenses
5. Complete bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
6. Support weekly payroll processing, with full training provided
7. Assist with month end and year end reporting
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
8. Previous proven experience in a similar role.
9. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Salesforce system.
10. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
11. An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
12. Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
13. Previous experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
