Senior Deputy Manager – Partou Childcare
Join Partou Nurseries, where children are the leaders! We are recruiting a Senior Deputy Manager at Love Being Little Day Nursery, full time with a salary of £32,000.
What to Expect
* Support the implementation of the EYFS, including overseeing planning and record keeping.
* Promote and facilitate partnership with parents, carers and families.
* Support the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with local authority departments, regulatory bodies and other agencies.
* Stay up to date with current developments in early years policies and practices.
* Assist with the preparation and delivery of events and regular meetings for planning, staff and parents.

Qualifications
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
* Experience in early years settings.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Knowledge of EYFS and regulatory requirements.
