Responsibilities
* Deliver expert consultancy on IFS Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on the Supply Chain modules.
* Work closely with clients to gather business requirements, map processes, and design effective ERP solutions tailored to their operational needs.
* Configure and customise IFS Cloud modules to meet functional specifications.
* Support clients through all phases of implementation: from discovery and design to testing, training, and go‑live.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimise business performance through IFS solutions.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams, ensuring seamless integration between business processes and the ERP system.
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuously develop your expertise in IFS Cloud and industry best practices.
* Support post‑implementation reviews and provide ongoing client support where required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in implementing or supporting IFS Cloud or similar ERP systems in a consultancy capacity.
* Deep knowledge and hands‑on experience in Supply Chain module areas.
* Strong business process understanding and the ability to translate requirements into effective ERP configurations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail.
* Willingness to travel to customer site as required by project demands.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
