Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of managers, coaches, and assistants.
* Be a visible, inspiring presence on the gym floor, engaging with members and driving retention.
* Ensure operational excellence across health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
* Drive membership growth through local marketing, outreach, and community events.
* Monitor financial performance and deliver against key business targets.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in fitness, leisure, or hospitality.
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing revenue.
* ion for health and fitness, with a hands‑on approach to member engagement.
* Experience managing teams and driving performance.
* Ideally, previous experience as a Fitness Manager, Duty Manager, or GM in a high‑volume setting.

Various Locations | Full‑Time | £31,100 - £35,532 + opportunity to increase your earnings through a performance‑related bonus of up to 5.5% of annual salary, paid quarterly.
