Job Description
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the property department.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
* Deliver training and guidance to staff on HSE best practices.
* Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
* Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to HSE activities.
* Collaborate with management to develop and improve HSE policies and procedures.
* Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions to identify potential hazards.
* Support audits and inspections to ensure ongoing compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HSE Advisor should have:
* Proven knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices.
* Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to deliver training and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
* Familiarity with incident investigation processes and corrective actions.
