The Cloud Engineer (Associate) provides real-time monitoring, triage, and operational support for a High-Performance Computing (HPC) environment. The role focuses on identifying trends, responding to anomalies, and supporting secure, reliable Azure-based services while maintaining strong customer engagement
Key Responsibilitie
* sMonitor Grafana dashboards, identifying trends and responding to anomalies in real tim
* eTriage and manage Incidents and Service Requests in line with operational processe
* sPerform Azure IAM management and investigations using Log Analytics and KQ
* LMonitor and report on security events using Azure Sentine
* lSupport infrastructure and configuration management activities, including Terrafor
* mMaintain Technical Service Guides and operational documentatio
* nWork as part of a strong technical team, supporting customer relationships and escalating concerns through the appropriate channel
* eMust be eligible for, or have active, S
* dHands-on experience operating within Microsoft Azure environment
* sUnderstanding of DevOps principles, preferably including Terrafor
* mStrong attention to detail with an inquisitive, analytical mindse
