IBA Account Handler - 6 Month FTC
Do you have solid Insurance Broker Account experience and strong ledger management skills?
Comfortable managing client money, credit control, and producing MI in a structured team?
We are looking for a technically strong IBA Account Handler to manage client accounts, allocate cash, chase debt, and ensure ledger accuracy, working autonomously and under established FCA CASS 5 guidelines.
What you will do as an IBA Account Handler:
* Manage a portfolio of IBA client accounts
* Perform credit control and debt collection within agreed terms
* Allocate cash and investigate unmatched items
* Process payments, including claims and return premiums
* Produce accurate MI on ledger performance
What You’ll Need:
* Previous IBA experience, comfortable working across ledgers with minimal supervision
* Strong knowledge of FCA CASS 5 rules
* Confident chasing debt and resolving queries
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Experience using the Websure system
