Responsibilities
* Lead audits from planning through to completion
* Prepare and review statutory accounts
* Liaise directly with clients, building strong, trusted relationships
* Supervise and develop junior staff and trainees
* Identify technical or commercial issues and propose solutions
* Work closely with managers and partners to deliver high-quality service
Requirements
* ACA/ACCA newly qualified with previous audit experience in a practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
* Organised, proactive, and willing to take ownership; a team player who mentors others
