Salary: £36,000 - 76,000 per year Requirements: Two or more years of experience in an IT support role Experience in a customer experience environment Ideally, some project management exposure Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation for support knowledge base Strong ability to work independently and use initiative Proficiency in supporting PC hardware, software, and peripherals Responsibilities: Provide first and second-line IT support to users via email, phone, and other electronic mediums Assist local office and onboard vessels when required Resolve technical issues for all PC hardware, software, and associated peripherals Redirection or escalation of support requests to the appropriate IT Support Department member Maintain and upkeep existing PCs and peripherals Install and configure software to agreed standards, including deploying new and existing equipment Contribute to and ensure Service Desk systems and software are current and effective communication is maintained Technologies: Hardware Support Network More: At DFDS, we are proud to be part of the critical infrastructure that serves communities across Europe and beyond.
