Overview
Ticket Sales is the first department that customers of Eden Court interact with, whether they’re buying tickets over the phone or walking through the front doors. The Ticket Sales team need to have a lot of knowledge about the wide range of performances, film screenings, studio classes and other events and services we host at Eden Court.
This role is split into 17 hours spent as a Ticket Sales Assistant on our Ticket Sales Desk, and 20 hours spent supporting the Ticket Sales Manager in the administrative duties which enable the Ticket Sales team to function and deliver a high quality service to our customers.

* Pension: Up to 6% Company contribution with the Peoples Pension
* Holidays: Full time equivalent allowance of 36 days of paid annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays. The annual leave allowance increases to 37 days after completing 1 years’ service up to a maximum of 41 days after 5 years’ service. Holiday entitlement will be pro-rated for those working less than 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities
* Assist customers in having the best experience possible at Eden Court, by finding the right seats to suit their needs.
* Suggest similar performances, films or classes they might be interested in, and answer any queries they might have.
* Support the Ticket Sales Desk and the Ticket Sales Manager in administrative duties to enable the Ticket Sales team to function and deliver a high quality service.
