Our client is seeking an experienced, organized and self-motivated Warehouse Manager. Candidates must be happy with working alone for the majority of the time. The ideal candidates will possess the following skills / experience * Reach FL certificate * ERP and WMS computer experience * Stock control * Good in/out * Full UK driving licence Warehouse Manager Key Responsibilities: • Lead daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatch • Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and stocktakes • Oversee international shipping, documentation, and logistics coordination • Maintain warehouse layout, safety, and compliance standards • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Manage supplier, courier, and internal stakeholder relationships Warehouse Manager Skills & Experience: • Proven warehouse or operations management experience • ERP/WMS knowledge (Navision desirable) • Strong leadership and organisational skills • Experience with international logistics and exports • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
