About The Role

As a Coordinator within our M&E Compliance team, you will use your initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment to ensure the business maintains the highest safety standards for our customers' homes.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be a point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding safety checks in our customers' homes. You will check certification, maintain databases, analyze data, and assess cases for escalation. An excellent eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to prioritize a dynamic workload are essential. You will also need to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure all safety checks are completed in customers' homes by routine deadlines, managing difficult situations, and escalating as needed.
2. Keep safety documentation up to date, accurate, and properly filed.
3. Ensure all data is accurate.
4. Analyze system data to identify risks and proactively address them.
5. Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external agents to achieve these objectives.

This role is full-time, permanent, working 37 hours per week. It is a hybrid role requiring three days in the Exeter office after probation, with four days in the office during training and probation.

About The Candidate

To succeed as a Coordinator, you should have the skills, knowledge, and experience of a Level 1 - Team Member, along with:

1. Good understanding of MS Office, especially Excel (filters, basic formulas).
2. Experience with information systems and databases.
3. A proactive attitude and ability to make measured decisions independently.
4. A proven record of problem solving.
5. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and persevere to resolve issues promptly.
6. Behaviors supporting excellent customer service.
7. A good level of literacy and numeracy.
