A busy, well-regarded hotel kitchen set between Leeds and York is on the lookout for a solid Chef de Partie to strengthen the brigade, with a strong focus on events and banqueting .
This is a proper, hands-on role in a kitchen that delivers a high volume of weddings, functions, and corporate events ideal for a chef who thrives on pace, structure, and clean execution.
Youll be working with fresh produce, prepping in volume, and delivering consistent plates under pressure as part of a tight, well-run team.

Running your section during busy event service
Prep for large-scale functions and banqueting
Delivering consistent, well-presented dishes at volume
Supporting junior chefs and maintaining standards across the pass
What theyre looking for:
A confident CDP or a sharp Commis ready to step up
Experience in banqueting / events / volume service is a big plus
Someone organised, switched-on, and calm when the tickets start flying
Good attitude, team player, and pride in their work
