Rehabilitation Support Worker Days/Nights
Location: York
Salary: Up to £14.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time contract, 38.5 hours
Shift times: 08:00 – 20:15 (1.25 hrs break) and 20:15 – 08:15 (1.25 hrs break)
Start your career in rehabilitation support work with us. No prior experience necessary; we provide full induction, training, and coaching. Working in brain injury rehabilitation involves encouraging and guiding individuals to regain independence, helping them overcome hurdles, achieve milestones, and reach personal goals. Many stay for about three months before moving on, making a significant difference in their lives during this time.
Personal Care is a requirement for supporting the individuals we serve. We have both full-time and part-time roles available.

The Role
York House is a 38-bed independent hospital offering assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injury and challenging behaviour or complex needs. Using a neurobehavioral approach, we support individuals with cognitive, physical, and emotional/behavioural challenges to regain skills and independence. As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will support service users in their rehabilitation plans, ensuring maximum involvement in activities and decision-making, and helping them live fulfilling lives.
