Job Description
3. Process and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment from clients.
5. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
6. Support the Accounting & Finance team with month-end reporting tasks.
7. Maintain accurate and organised records of all transactions.
8. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding payment queries.
9. Assist in improving processes to optimise accounts receivable workflows.
10. Provide general administrative support as required within the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Assistant should have:
11. Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
12. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
13. A strong understanding of accounts receivable processes.
14. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
15. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. A proactive approach to solving problems and meeting deadlines.
