Customer Customer Advisor Financial Services Position: Customer Service Advisor (Debt Collection / Arrears) Salary: £28,800 pa Hours: Monday to Friday, shift patterns between 8.30am and 6.30pm (no weekends!) What Youll Be Doing: Youll provide compassionate support to customers via phone, email and web, identifying complex situations and supporting customers through the collections process. Youll be responsible for recognising vulnerability, escalating cases through the relevant pathways to ensure consumer duty requirements are met. As part of a team, youll identify areas to support improvements in the customer journey and meet personal and team KPIs around quality, FCA compliance and first contact resolution.
