Job Description:
We are searching for a Street Name and Numbering Consultant who will be crucial in driving the efficient delivery of front-line addressing services during a period of staff absence within our client’s team. This role involves managing a significant backlog of customer communications, ensuring accurate and timely processing of street naming and numbering requests, and supporting the formation of a small, dedicated team.
Responsibilities
* Triage and process a backlog of over 200 emails, identifying and removing outdated correspondence to improve workflow
* Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner, both via email and over the phone
* Resolve outstanding issues relating to street naming and numbering applications, ensuring customers receive required documentation and communications without further delay
* Use tools such as Symphony (on-premise Imagine), Idox and Fusion to manage records and update case statuses
* Ensure that statutory requirements around naming and numbering are met in line with local authority standards
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate updates to street and property records
* Monitor and support the delivery of physical post and communications, addressing delays where necessary
