We’re working with a well-established and growing brand currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join their team in either Glasgow, Aberdeen, or Leeds. In this role, you'll be a key link between finance and the wider business, providing valuable insights, driving performance, and leading budgeting and forecasting activities.
You’ll support and deputise for the Financial Controller, partner with senior stakeholders across departments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within finance and beyond.
Key responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leaders across the business to provide financial insights and influence decision-making
* Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes
* Deliver meaningful variance analysis and performance reporting
* Support process improvement and efficiency projects
* Mentor and develop the Assistant Management Accountant
* Monitor and review both financial and non-financial performance metrics
Experience and qualifications:
* CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified
* Strong background in commercial finance or business partnering roles
* Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and SAP experience preferred
* Comfortable engaging with and challenging senior non-finance stakeholders
* Proactive and ambitious, with a strong desire to develop into a leadership position
