Job Description
We're seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our team in Bristol, responsible for providing a range of administrative duties to support senior executives and various service lines in the Bristol office.
Key Responsibilities:
* High-level administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, arranging meetings, travel bookings, administrative support, onboarding new clients, formatting Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and other standard documents.
* Performing various ad hoc admin tasks as required.
* Providing support to Business Development and Marketing, including event organisation.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience working as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior management.
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent administration skills, including advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Outlook.
* Ability to work discreetly, maintaining confidentiality.
* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and prioritise workload.
Desirable Experience:
* 2+ years experience in a professional services environment.
* Knowledge of client billing processes.
* Knowledge of KYC onboarding processes.
