Were working with a fast-growing, manufacturing business based in Knaresborough, who have delivered c.30% growth year-on-year for the past two years. As part of their continued expansion, they are creating a brand-new Management Accountant role.
This is a standout opportunity to join a dynamic finance team, reporting directly into a highly regarded Finance Director, and working closely with a Senior Finance Manager. The role offers genuine scope to develop, take ownership, and progress quickly as the business continues to scale.
The Role:
Production of monthly management accounts with full ownership of P&L and balance sheet
Business partnering with operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision making
Mentoring junior team members alongside the Senior Finance Manager
Driving process improvements and adding value across the finance function
Getting involved in projects as the business continues to grow and evolve
What Were Looking For:
Ideally a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA ) but open to part-qualified or QBE
Experience in a fast pace and growing medium to large size business
Background in manufacturing or another fast-paced environment
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats
Ambitious individual looking to step up and grow with the business
Someone who enjoys being in the office and collaborating with the wider team
