About the Role
As a Programme Tutor in Business, Marketing and Admin, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment that supports students to achieve their full potential. You’ll create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, supporting a diverse range of learners, including those with additional needs.
Working as part of a collaborative curriculum team, you will contribute to continuous improvement, maintain high standards, and ensure a positive student experience aligned with college values.
Interviews planned for week commencing 11th May.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment in line with curriculum and awarding body requirements.
* Monitor student progress, attendance and engagement, taking proactive action to support achievement.
* Provide clear targets and timely, constructive feedback to support learner development.
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance processes such as internal verification and standardisation.
* Carry out duties in line with College policies and procedures, including safeguarding and equality commitments.
Skills And Experience
* Recognised teaching qualification (Level 5 or above).
* Relevant subject qualification (Level 3 or above) and industry experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
* Experience delivering teaching or training to young people or adults.
* Knowledge of assessment, feedback and quality assurance processes within education.
