Key responsibilities:
Vega is scaling. We are building out the CEO Office to act as a force multiplier for the CEO’s priorities across the business. This is a generalist role across strategy & operations both internally and externally, and a potential launchpad to drive and specialise in key areas as the business grows.
* Work directly with the founding team on a broad range of topics, including strategy, go-to-market, investor relations, operations, and special projects
* Oversee the implementation of new initiatives with other teams and act as commercial support for existing workstreams
* Drive and own processes from end-to-end with minimal supervision
* Proactively identify areas for improvement within the business and take agency to solve them
Requirements:
* 1 to 4 years’ experience in MBB consulting or a top-tier IB/PE firm
* Self-starter with proven track record of excellence
* High agency and comfortable with ownership; ability to make decisions and drive execution independently where you see fit
* Outstanding communication and analytical skills, including with senior external stakeholders
Process:
* 15min screening call to assess basic fit
* 2-hour case study to test problem solving and communication skills
* 2x 45min final round interviews, including meeting the founders
