Role - Teacher-Mathematics (Fixed Term Contract until 21st August 2026)
Hours - 30.45 Hrs Per Week

The Trafford and Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for an experienced Maths Teacher to join the Academic team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.
The Role
We are looking for an outstanding Teacher of Mathematics to join our academic team at the Marple campus. You must be able to demonstrate high quality teaching, a motivation to succeed, a passion for your subject, strong subject knowledge and a belief that all students can achieve and be able to support them to do so. The role will include delivering the A Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics specification to year 12 and 13 students.
About you
If you are passionate about Mathematics and sharing your knowledge, skills and experience and have an enthusiasm for delivering the A Level curriculum, then there has never been a better time to join Trafford College Group.
You must have a degree in a relevant subject, numeracy and literacy skills at level 2 and a teaching qualification.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver the A Level curriculum at Marple Sixth Form College; experience of Further Mathematics would also be advantageous.

In certain cases, it may be appropriate to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade at the discretion of the Director of HR & Performance due to the candidate’s current salary, experience or qualifications.
