About the role
Support the Workshop Manager in running the internal parts department, ensuring accurate parts stock levels and efficient technician productivity. Liaise with external suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate parts stock levels to support workshop operations.
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms.
* Budget and cost control for the workshop.
* Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and IT usage.
* Support the team with a hands-on, can-do approach.
Qualifications
* Fast-paced customer-focused background, preferably in automotive parts (dealership, accident repair or workshop).
* Experience with budgeting and cost control.
* Competent administrator with strong organisational and data input skills.
