* The Role
As a Depot Foreman (Engineer), you will act as the key link between the office and the engineering team, supporting the Depot Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy depot. This is a predominantly yard-based role with occasional field-based work as required.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing all engineering and yard staff on a daily basis
2. Ensuring equipment is prepared to company and legal standards
3. Liaising with customers to resolve breakdowns and diagnose faults
4. Managing engineers' daily workloads and allocating weekly service runs
