The Role:You will be teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism and communication difficulties. SEN Teacher Responsibilities:
* Planning creative, tailored lessons that meet individual needs
* Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
* Working closely with a skilled team of TAs and SEN professionals
* Celebrating progress - no matter how big or small
* Creating a safe, happy, and inclusive classroom environment
SEN Teacher Attributes:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT
* Experience in SEN or a strong interest in developing within this area
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
* Someone who brings energy, positivity, and creativity into the classroom
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
