This role will also involve managing the complete decommissioning of the current time and attendance solution and the implementation of a new clocking system across the company's manufacturing sites.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the "business owner" and focal point for the full implementation of MyPulse, ensuring seamless integration and user adoptionManage the local setup of a new clocking system, liaising with stakeholders to ensure a successful implementationOversee the decommissioning of the current time and attendance solution, including historical data management and change managementCollaborate with stakeholders to define goals, deliverables, and success criteria for the HR transformation initiativesEstablish local processes that align with the company's national and global HR guidelinesDesired QualificationsPost-graduate qualification in HR or a relevant fieldDemonstrated project management experience, preferably in an HR contextBasic understanding of time and attendance principles and their impact on payrollExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven experience in change management and HRIS implementationFamiliarity with the challenges of implementing new HR systems across a multi-site organisationWhat's in it for You?This is an exceptional opportunity to join a renowned company and make a significant impact on their HR transformation journey.
