EDiscovery Project Manager
A global leader in eDiscovery and AI-driven legal technology is looking for an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on full project ownership, including managing matters from initial scoping through to final production, while combining client leadership with hands-on technical expertise in RelativityOne.
Key Responsibilities of the eDiscovery Project Manager:
* Serve as the primary liaison with client representatives, owning the service delivery relationship and instilling confidence at every stage
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project status, ensuring visibility across all active matters
* Ensure the highest standards of accuracy by verifying outputs and communicating regularly with clients and internal partners
* Escalate issues appropriately while also demonstrating initiative in troubleshooting and problem-solving
* Provide hands-on expertise in RelativityOne (RelOne) for:
Data processing and ingestion
Review management and workspace setup
Advanced analytics (de-duplication, email threading, clustering)
Production of data with rigorous quality checks
Key requirements to apply for this eDiscovery Project Manager position:
* Minimum 3+ years of eDiscovery project management experience, ideally within a law firm or eDiscovery service provider
* Proven success managing multiple simultaneous projects in fast-paced environments
* Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to anticipate client needs and adapt solutions effectively
* Hands-on proficiency in RelativityOne (RelOne) across processing, analytics, review, and production workflows
* Solid knowledge of database design, data processing workflows, and document review requirements
This role is primarily remote, with travel to London 1-2 times a month.
£65,000 - £70,000 salary.
