You have · Previous experience in HR, benefits, data or reward, or equivalent experience · Strong communication skills to explain policies clearly and build engagement · An eye for detail and accuracy when managing data and systems · Analytical skills to combine data sources and identify trends · A proactive approach to improving processes and sharing knowledge Stronger together We do our best work when we’re ourselves. The practical bits · We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home · You’ll work Monday to Friday · You’ll work a 7.5 hour day, with your core hours between 08:00 and 18:00.
