About the role
We are an innovative EdTech start‑up on a mission to transform learning through cutting‑edge technology, insightful data, and world‑class content. Working alongside education providers and enterprise partners, we use our proprietary AI technologies to deliver impactful solutions that empower learning at scale.
We’re seeking a dynamic Customer Success Operations Specialistto join our Delivery Department, working closely with our Strategic Partnership Managers and Implementation Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive success in enterprise‑level partnerships, nurture relationships, and support our customers in creating highly performing adaptive learning experiences on our system.
Key Responsibilities
* Reviewing and implementing learning solution build plans on our platform
* Ensuring our customers’ portals are delivered on time and of the highest quality
* Working closely with the Product/Engineering teams on product improvements
* Collaborating with the wider delivery team
Qualifications and Skills
Essential
* You are tech‑savvy
* You have some technical experience
* You are interested in the ever‑evolving world of AI products
* You thrive on managing priorities across multiple projects
* You are eligible to work in the UK and able to obtain security clearance as required by our partners.
* Tools Expertise: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
* Learning/Training Experience: Direct experience working on training or learning projects.
* Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the EdTech landscape or related industries, with a focus on defence training.
