Overview
Trainee Phlebotomist – Full Training Provided. Salary: £27,783 per year plus commission, overtime, expenses and benefits. Role involves delivering health assessments across regions as part of Bluecrest Wellness and joining a passionate team delivering high-quality health assessments.
Responsibilities
* Plan daily routes and travel to allocated venues, adapting to multiple venues within the region.
* Set up your kit, greet customers, and conduct health assessments as part of chosen packages (examples include PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests).
* Maintain and update relevant administration records after assessments.
* Drive to venues, typically handling 15 to 22 customers per day with appointments ranging from 10 to 45 minutes.
* Ensure high-quality service across clinic venues and adapt to different locations on a rotating basis.

Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle; you will transport your kit to venues and store kit items at home when not working.
* Ability to work any days Monday to Sunday and any times 6am–10pm on a rota basis (6am–4pm, 8am–6pm, or 1pm–10pm).
* Proficiency with computers/laptops/phones/tablets.
* Clear DBS (crb) – to be processed on your behalf.
* Ability to travel up to 2 hours from home location and occasional overnight stays when required.
* Live within the correct distance of the regional location.
* Be available to attend Milton Keynes head office for the first two weeks of training (Monday–Friday for both weeks).
* Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
* Enhanced criminal records check (satisfactory) required as part of onboarding (covered by us).
