In this role, you will have the chance to prepare, deliver, assess, and coordinate innovative Multi-Trade programmes that inspire and equip our students for success in the field. This role is 37 hours per week. At Lincoln College, we value the hard work and dedication of our teaching staff. That's why we offer a starting salary of £32,257, which is higher than the standard starting salary for teachers, typically around £31,650. The ideal candidate shall: Deliver multi-skill programmes at all levels across Lincoln and Newark campuses; manage specific courses and act as Personal Tutor and Programme Coordinator as required. Contribute to the design of new programmes and ensure delivery aligns with employer and industry needs. Support recruitment, selection, and progression of students; liaise with schools, parents, and employers to support learner success. Write awarding body submissions, conduct internal verification, and liaise with awarding bodies and external verifiers to maintain standards. Coordinate student timetables and support operational and commercial aspects of the school. Participate in cross-college initiatives and working groups to enhance strategic goals and inclusivity. Engage in self-reflection, professional development, and maintain high teaching, assessment, and learning standards.
