What we are offering Salary upwards of £52,000, depending on experience. 37.5 hours a week across Monday to Friday. Performance based bonus up to 15%. As the Head of Reducing Reoffending at HMP Northumberland, you will design and implement cutting-edge strategies to address key pathways, including housing, health, family support, and more. Your influence will extend to the development of a tiered regime aligned with rehabilitation needs, ensuring a comprehensive and effective approach. In addition to your strategic responsibilities, you will operationalise and oversee the Resettlement Passport, playing a crucial role in the successful reintegration of prisoners into society. Lead coordination between prison and probation, promoting collaborative rehabilitation efforts that transcend the prison walls. Your impact will go beyond reducing reoffending risks; it will encompass inspiring and developing a multi-skilled workforce, maintaining safety standards, and delivering on functional standards and contractual targets. Your ability to innovate will be key as you develop solutions that go beyond conventional approaches. The Ideal Candidate What our ideal candidate would look like: Delivery focussed, with an understanding of offending and the justice sector sphere. Leadership experience. Experience of contract management or managing performance in a complex environment Ability to manage, develop and lead, client and 3rd party key stakeholder relationships. Experience of managing change, engagement, compliance and high-quality risk assessment and analysis. Experience of community engagement.
