ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
* Preparing cost plans, BOQs and budget appraisals
* Managing valuations, variations, reporting, and final accounts
* Handling claims, loss & expense, and contract admin
* Running tender processes and producing tender reports
* Chairing project meetings and leading client communication
* Carrying out site inspections, progress checks, and snagging
* Acting as Employers Agent and/or Project Manager
ABOUT YOU
* Experience as a QS, PQS or Project Manager
* Strong technical knowledge of cost management and contracts
* Confidence leading meetings and managing clients
* Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping standards
* RICS qualified or working towards (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
