£26,000 Starting
£27,500 After three months
£29,000 After six months
Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Essential to Apply
HNC or equivalent in a construction-related subject
Basic construction knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and standard IT tools
Strong communication skills, including professional telephone manner
Desirable
Familiarity with Tekla, AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor
Project management capability
Degree in construction, structural or civil engineering
Experience in a design office or construction environment
Understanding of construction products and their applications
Purpose of the Role
To manage customer orders within the Project Design and Management (PDM) department, ensuring efficient delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle orders from initial enquiry through to delivery and account closure
Liaise with customers for information, updates, and issue resolution
Attend site meetings when required
Produce accurate designs, drawings, calculations and manufacturing schedules
Coordinate approvals and production requirements
Work closely with the Project Manager and PDM Team Manager on task allocation
Support colleagues and contribute to team knowledge
Be adaptable to evolving business needs and undertake additional duties as required
