*About the Registered Manager's role*
Develop comprehensive care plans
Create a great team environment
Maintain high standards
Deal with the operational and commercial aspects of the home
Ensure high standards of care are provided at all times
*About You*
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a *supervisory role* within children's residential
* Level 3 in Children's residential care
* Level 5 in Leadership in Management is preferred but not essential
* Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK
