Requirements
The Requirements Due to the demanding and elite nature of this bespoke maritime deployment, candidates must meet the following uncompromising criteria:
* Academic Credentials: A verified Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
* Clinical Expertise: A minimum of 4+ years of recent Acute Care experience (Strictly limited to high-acuity ICU, ER, or A&E environments).
