About the Role:
As a Traffic Management Operative, you will be required to work on our planned Traffic Management Schemes on our Thames Water contract.
Location:Kidlington, Oxfordshire (Depot location)
Hours: 50 hours per week 07.00am-17.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: base rate - £31,850 + average overtime OTE £41,405 per annum + additional loyalty bonuses in first 12 months up to £550
Overtime is paid at 1.5.
Responsibilities - but not limited to:
* You will work alongside another experienced TM Operative carrying out methods of traffic management
* Learn Set ups
* Work towards further TM qualification
* Due to the nature of contract - Accurate photographs must be taken for reporting of work carried out using the Tablet supplied
* You will carry out risk assessments and method statements
* Carry out daily vehicle checks, responsible for Vehicle Cleanliness.
* Liaising with general public and directing them through safe site lines as required
Experience and Qualifications:
* Driving licence - Manual & Automatic
* IT literate
