Responsibilities
Assisting with daily living activities, supporting care coordination, participating in recovery‑focused interventions, monitoring patient wellbeing, reporting concerns promptly, maintaining safe therapeutic environments, and contributing to accurate clinical records.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3, Significant experience as a Band 2 HCA, Recognises and reflects on barriers to effective communication, modifying communication in response
* Keeps accurate and complete records and communication consistent with legislation, policies and procedures
* Demonstrate good verbal presentation skills
* De‑escalation in managing verbal aggression of disturbed service users
